All products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, variations may occur, and products may not meet subjective expectations.

Unless otherwise stated, our products are intended for indoor display only. We are not responsible for damage caused by outdoor use, exposure to moisture, humidity, heat, or direct sunlight.
Products include a pre-installed mounting system and necessary installation hardware. Customers are responsible for proper installation and ensuring the wall surface is suitable. Triumph Creations is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from improper installation or wall failure.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Triumph Creations reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence of the packaging and product.
