Order Processing

All Triumph Creations prints are custom-made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1 business week or less before shipping. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are made to order and shipped. We do not offer local pickup or delivery.

Once an order has been processed, it is shipped using the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Triumph Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier, including tracking information showing the order as delivered, constitutes proof of delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Triumph Creations is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any claims involving damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking indicates an order is lost in transit, customers should contact Triumph Creations promptly for assistance.

Approved resolutions for verified shipping issues are limited to replacement of the affected panel only, in accordance with our Returns & Resolution Policy.
